We accept Paypal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

TAXES:

California residents living in Alameda County pay 8.75% sales tax. California residents living outside of Alameda county pay 7.25% sales tax.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We offer convenient, flat-rate shipping service: $5 for all U.S. destinations and $15 for Canada. If you live outside of these two countries and are interested in placing an order, please contact us.

Handmade items including collars, leashes, tags, flowers and bowties are made to order and will ship in 1-2 weeks from the date of your order.

Our hand-carved wood signs take longer to make and deliver, please refer to the product page for special shipping details. We'll do our best to promptly update you with your order status.

REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us in order to return or exchange your item within 10 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items including embroidered and tagged collars, and dog tags.

Please return or exchange the merchandise in its original condition via USPS to our shipping address.
